At petal slices, we want to make sure you receive your t-shirts as quickly and efficiently as possible. That's why we strive to ship your order within 24 hours of the order being placed, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Commodities purchased during Launch Sale aren’t eligible for free exchange's. Customer's has to bear the courier charges of incase of size exchange

If you are not satisfied with your sizes, we accept exchanges within 48 hours of the day of delivery. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
We don't accept exchanges without proper image's.
We don't accept exchange if the time limit has been exceeded more than 48 hours !
We don't refund the money unless you've received a damaged commodity from us
